Will my gift be tax-deductible?

Yes, your gift will be tax-deductible! AMINGA - Youth Sports Development Program is a 501c3 tax exempt organization registered in the United States in good standing. The Employee Identification Number (EIN) for AMINGA is 85-1158100.

Can I donate to AMINGA via a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) or other charitable giving account? What is the EIN number?

Yes! You can donate to AMINGA via a donor advised fund or other charitable giving account. All you need is AMINGA’s EIN for AMINGA (85-1158100).

What will my gift be funding?

As a volunteer only organization, 100% donations made to AMINGA go to what is needed for the programming. This includes all of the costs of our summer program (food, classroom and sports materials, transportation for staff and youth, local lodging for international staff, etc.) and the general administration of AMINGA (tax filing fees, bank fees, insurance for running a youth summer camp).

What are your AMINGA’s other sources of income?

In addition to our donor engagement fundraising, such as the virtual fundraising and online crowdfunding platform, the AMINGA board members and volunteer staff solicit business donations, write grants, and host fundraisers (raffles, dinners, etc.) for AMINGA. Post grantors include Jinny Chalmers Fund, FIBA foundation, and Akamai.

How can I get involved in AMINGA?

Please contact the volunteer personnel director Stephanie at stephanie@aminga-ysdp.org to get involved. 

Opportunities include volunteering at a future camp as a teacher, sports coach, administrator, or join the AMINGA board. Board members make up the planning team for each summer camp.
